Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume sales periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Local Delivery (Ghana 🇬🇭)

Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery (Accra Only)
Express delivery may be available for select locations within Accra for an additional fee.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and destination.

International Shipping 🌍

Richies Aesthetics proudly ships internationally.

United States: 7–14 business days

Nigeria: 7–14 business days

Other International Destinations: Delivery times vary by location and courier.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined by the shipping carrier and destination.

To provide accurate shipping costs at checkout, shipping must be set up through a shipping carrier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, USPS, or another supported provider. Once connected, shipping rates will automatically calculate at checkout based on the customer's location and package details.

If carrier-calculated shipping is not available, flat-rate shipping fees may be applied.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Richies Aesthetics is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or message containing tracking information when available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring delivery details are accurate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Richies Aesthetics is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, Richies Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier disruptions

• Customs processing

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Natural disasters

• Other circumstances beyond our control

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any products once payment has been successfully completed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only approved if:

• You received the wrong item

• Your item arrived damaged

• Your item arrived defective

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Exchange Request Requirements

To process an exchange request, customers must provide:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos and/or videos showing the concern

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

• Product must be unused

• Product must be unopened

• Product must remain in original packaging

• Request must be submitted within the required timeframe

Richies Aesthetics reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Opened lash products

• Used lash products

• Sale items

• Discounted items

• Gift cards

• Products damaged due to misuse

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
