A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Deposits must be paid immediately after booking via MoMo or Bank Transfer. Payment details will be sent upon booking. Please ensure your email address is correct!
Clients must provide a minimum of 24–48 hours notice if they need to reschedule their appointment.
Cancellations made outside of the required notice period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a GH₵100 late fee. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will have their appointment automatically cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-show clients will be required to pay for future appointments in full at the time of booking.
To maintain a calm, professional, and luxury environment, one additional guest is permitted per appointment.
